| "For Sale sign". (available down the road somewhere!!) | |

First of all you will need to find some ridgid corrigated plastic sheet , the most easy way is to pinch somebodys "for SALE sign". I did.!! Cut out two square pieces 7'' x 7'' , then glue them together,so that the corrigation runs at right angles. you will notice that this stuff only has strenght in one direction, so if you glue two pieces together with the pattern at right angles it makes the board really strong and light. |
