I'm looking for a new bike and I'm considering using the cycle to work scheme before the changes come in. I'm looking for a cross country hardtail for £1000. What would you suggest?

Something to do with changes to the tax relief. Looks like we won't get the bikes tax free, only got it third hand from here.....

It's enough reason to make me sign up again though!

I like that genesis, great looking.

I know it's an open question. I have a marin long travel hardtail at the moment thats more burly than svelt. I'm no racing snake but I like the idea of something a little more focussed.

Thanks for the replies so far.
